‪Competence and ability to understand customer needs‬‬ ‪Ibrahim from Egypt Tours Gate was able to interpret exactly what we wanted and gave us the chance to make our dream come true: spending Christmas in a fairytale place. Very competent and discreet, he took us to visit the Baharyia Oasis and then accompanied us to the black desert, to the crystal mountain and to sleep, on Christmas night, in the white desert to finish the tour, after 5 days, at the El oasis Fayum to visit the Valley of the Whales. He always responded promptly and competently to requests both when defining our tour and during it. He also speaks Italian well. Compliments‬
