TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Egypt Tours Gate – An Experience to Live

Thank you for choosing Egypt Tours Gate (“ETG”) for your travel adventure. Whether you’ve already traveled with us or have just made your booking, we’re delighted to be part of your journey.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all travel services and products you book or purchase through ETG. They define the contractual relationship between you and ETG, so please read them carefully.

By booking or participating in any tour or product offered by ETG, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood these Terms, and

Accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

If your booking includes more than one traveler, you are accepting these Terms on behalf of all individuals listed (including minors and travelers with disabilities). The person who made the booking will be considered the primary contact for the entire group.

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and ETG and replace any previous understandings or agreements — written or spoken.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed once:

ETG or its authorized agent receives the required deposit, and

You receive written confirmation from ETG.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information as requested.

When making a booking on behalf of others, you confirm that:

You have their consent and authority to do so.

The information provided about all travelers is complete and accurate.

You will inform them of these Terms and ensure they understand and accept them.

ETG reserves the right to adjust product prices before confirmation and may decline any booking at its discretion.

Medical Conditions

All clients should consult their doctor before travel to ensure they are fit for the trip and are advised to inquire about recommended vaccinations or health precautions.

ETG does not provide medical advice. You must inform us in writing — before your final payment — of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability, or ongoing treatments that may affect your ability to travel.

Some tours may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility, certain health conditions, or during advanced pregnancy (ETG may not carry pregnant travelers beyond 24 weeks unless proper arrangements can be made).

Many tours may include remote or less-developed regions where healthcare facilities may be limited or below the standards of your home country. ETG makes no guarantees regarding the availability or quality of medical services during your trip.

Special requests (e.g. dietary or accommodation needs) will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed and are not part of the contract.
